Q. Would my child need to bring their own tennis racket and golf clubs?

A. If they have their own racket or golf clubs please ensure they bring them along, if not, we are happy to supply them at no charge.

Q. My child has never played tennis or golf before; will they be sub-divided in to different levels of play?

A. Yes, we sub-divide the group dependant on their playing standard and their age.

Q. Will soft drinks and water be available throughout the day?

A. Yes, during our scheduled breaks we ensure they take on plenty of liquids.

Q. If it rains, will the camp be cancelled?

A. No, we have a number of in-house activities in back up e.g. quizzes, DVD’s and team games. Our plan is always to get back outside at the earliest opportunity.

Q. If I need to contact my child, how should I go about doing this?

A. During the day, your children can be contacted on the emergency mobile number given on your confirmation letter. Residential campers will have their own direct line with an extension number to their own room.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Please contact our UK office on 01323 833000 for the various methods of payment.

Q. Do I need insurance?

A. No, Nick Ring Leisure includes insurance in the cost of the course.

Q. What about staff police checks?

A. All our staff are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked.

Q. What about staff qualifications?

A. All our sports instructors have up to date recognised qualifications from the various sporting governing bodies e.g. Lawn Tennis Association, Professional Golfers Association and the Professional Tennis Registry.

Q. When is the best time to book?

A. Places are limited and we really advise you book early to avoid any disappointment.
