I have often have wondered while playing golf at my local club, that whenever I find myself in a tricky position - for example; being plugged in a deep bunker – I would love to know, then and there, how do I play the shot to get the ball out without ruining my whole round? (Of course this is when I really need a quick fix hotline directly to the golf professional). When we went on a Nick Ring Leisure golf getaway break, they offered exactly this on-course tuition – Keith Robson, the golf professional, would walk a number of holes with each group and offer then and there this specialist on-course tuition.
