About your holiday

Nick Ring, former head tennis pro at Windmill Hill Tennis & Golf Academy, has developed this informative, social – and above all, fun - tennis break specifically for players of all abilities.

The programme includes individual coaching focused on four key areas: tactical, technical, mental and physical.

Whether you’re a beginner, a rusty returner or a regular club player, Nick and his team will use their vast experience to take your tennis to the next level.

To maximise your enjoyment (well, it is supposed to be a holiday after all), the group – which, in previous years has included couples and solo holidaymakers alike, will be sub-divided based on skill and fitness.

Thorpeness Hotel Lounge and Restaurant.

Rural retreat, minutes from the sea

The Thorpeness Hotel features a friendly bar where you can enjoy an aperitif before retiring to the highly regarded restaurant (which – in turn - serves an array of traditional and contemporary dishes, featuring the freshest local fayre).

There’s a sun terrace overlooking the gardens and lake (where you’ll find rowing boats for hire).

And the fascinating, multi-faceted Suffolk Heritage Coast – with its uniquely unspoiled walks and wildlife – is just a short stroll away.
