Cancellation of holiday 
If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason your deposit is non-refundable, and non transferable, to cover our costs.  If we receive your written letter of cancellation within 56 days prior to arrival the following cancellation charges apply;

• 56 to 1 days prior to start date – 100% of the total holiday price

Personal property
Your personal property, including baggage, is your own responsibility at all times.

Booking charges/amendments
If, after you have confirmed your booking, you wish to make an amendment, an administration charge of £25 will be made per person. However if you wish to make a major amendment less than 8 weeks before your holiday start date, we reserve the right to treat your request as a cancellation and the appropriate cancellation fee will be charged.

Nick Ring Leisure amendments
If we are forced to make any changes, we reserve the right to alter or cancel any tennis, accommodation or other arrangements. If we have to make a major change to your holiday, we will offer a suitable alternative, if available, or offer a full or part refund depending on the scale of the change.

Your final balance payment
Your final balance payment must be paid no later than 8 weeks before holiday commencement date.

Holiday/Sports insurance
It is highly recommended to take out personal travel/holiday insurance to cover you on an activity holiday. Also if you have to cancel your tennis break/holiday for ANY reason, you may be able to claim on your personal cover/insurance, as we are unable to refund or transfer your payment. Your policy of insurance should cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.

Loose/stray tennis balls
Due to the nature of group tennis coaching, there may be, on occasion, loose/stray tennis balls on and around the tennis courts. Our tennis coaches do try their hardest to manage any loose/stray tennis balls to ensure your safety but please be aware that this cannot always be 100%. Your safety is imperative to us, so please also be aware of any loose/stray tennis balls.

We regularly take promotional photographs for brochures and training purposes. If you do not consent to allow these promotional photographs, please would you contact our office.

Adverse weather conditions
No refund or transfer will be made in the event of the tennis holiday/break being affected in whole or part by adverse weather conditions. This also includes any weather disruption on the way to the venue, and travel to and from the tennis centre, during the tennis holiday/break. It is strongly advised to take out holiday insurance cover.

Number of players per court
The maximum number of players per court is 6

Player/coach ratio

We follow the LTA’s recommended adult coaching group size, which is a maximum ratio of 12:1 (player/coach)

Hotel & Food
We make every effort possible to ensure that our selected hotels provide the services/food to your expectations. As we do not own the properties, and hire the hotel/facilities for our tennis events, we are totally reliant on our hotels to offer these services. If you are not satisfied with what they provide, please speak with the hotel with your feedback, as they can follow up any potential issue quickly and directly. Our tennis coaches/host will of course try their hardest to help on-site too.

Gift vouchers 

Our gift vouchers can only be exchanged for our Nick Ring Leisure group tennis breaks/holidays
The gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our gift vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date


If we have to cancel the tennis break due to the government reintroducing a new lockdown or further restrictions making travel to our venue against the law, and also a change in guidelines with hotels and tennis centres being able to remain open, we will of course offer a full refund or transfer of your payment.  If you have to cancel for any other reason, i.e.  having to self isolate, illness or injury etc…we cannot refund, or transfer your booking, so it’s recommended to take out insurance cover for this.
